At Streetcorefashion, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, order changes and cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after purchase.
This policy explains the procedures, limitations, and requirements related to order cancellations and modifications. Please review the information below carefully before submitting a request.
Requesting an Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order shortly after it has been placed. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that the order can be stopped before processing begins.
Our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare orders for shipment. Once an order enters processing, packaging, or shipping preparation stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that the order will be canceled. All requests are reviewed based on the current status of the order at the time the request is received.
Requesting Order Changes
If you need to modify information associated with your order, please contact us immediately after placing your purchase. Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to assist with certain modifications before shipment.
Examples of possible order changes may include:

- Correcting customer contact information.
- Adjusting product quantities.
- Changing product selections.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modification options may become limited or unavailable.
Orders Already in Processing
Streetcorefashion begins processing orders quickly in order to meet our shipping commitments. If your order has already entered processing, packing, labeling, or carrier preparation, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible.
In such cases, customers may need to wait until the order has been delivered and then follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy if they wish to return eligible items.
Orders Already Shipped
Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled or modified through our system.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing checkout to help prevent shipping issues and delivery delays.
If a shipped order is no longer wanted, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery has been completed.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately.
While we will make reasonable efforts to update address information before shipment, address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Streetcorefashion is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before the order enters processing or shipment preparation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Approved refunds for canceled orders are generally processed within 10 business days. The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
